That sucks you have to go so long without your gaming unit. My Wii failed a while back and they sent me a new one. I got it in 2 days with a box to return my broken unit. That's not a very long time, but I had a game I really wanted to play and it was my weekend. That made it feel like forever. That and I didn't get to really play until the next weekend (since it broke on my weekend). The entire week that I was at work all I could think about was the next Fire Emblem battle . I sympathize with anyone who has to wait for something like this:(
