It's a hard choice, it's definitely between Alice: Madness Returns, Dead Space 2 and Infamous 2. The difference between the three is that I'll be replaying Infamous 2, but I'm done with the other two, so I guess Infamous 2 wins.
I would have made Yakuza 4 a contender but I started the game, got a few hours in and then dropped off, which isn't a good sign. Hopefully I can go back to it and love it like I did the third.
Also, the 10 or so people that are mentioning L.A. Noire and Portal 2 seem not to like good games, they should spend their $60 on better opinions or Alice: Madness Returns. Don't hate the player, just play good games.
Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.
