Uncut. Most of the problems circumcision is thought to prevent or solve can be prevented or solved too by simpler and less drastic surgery (if really necessary at all), for example when I was 15 the surgeon healed with a very small cut my "frenulum breve". OTOH, my late dad, when he was more than 60, had to undergo several plastic surgeries to solve problems that with time arose from a badly done circumcision when he was a child.
