ok my advice,keep everything nice,when you go out your breath can't smell,take a shower it'll help,don't forget the axe shampoo(lol),girls want a guy whos sweet sensitive or not..girls are all different,just meet a lot of girls and when I say a lot I MEAN A LOT!...but if you don't have confidence...target the things that make you unconfident.
You mentioned that you look like Frankenstein and that kids used to bully you in high school honestly if your old enough and you still carry that,tell those horrible memories to F*** OFF don't let it bring you down you look normal,the thing about high school is that kids get off on making you misserable,do you think they still remember you?If they don't why should you?Start going to the gym I don't go to the gym but I look buff when I go to the store I can see that some girls are looking at me,girls also love someone thats strong and can protect them if the situation comes,when I was in middle school people said I have a big head and it got me annoyed but now that I look back there was a bunch of things wrong with those people.
Go to the gym get muscles,go atleast 1hr a day its summer time man.
