When Stalin rose to power, he did so via a democratic process. He rigged elections and appointed his cronies in important places to stack votes in his favour. The major opposition party (which initially had a majority), ended up boycotting elections on the basis that they were rigged. This of course made it easier for Stalin to rise to power.
However, I do not learn from history, and I repeat mistakes. I refuse to vote in this poll, because it is quite simply, bad. It is a poll made to prove a point, not to find out an opinion.
