i have yet to find any worth it. morality choices seem so damn painfully obvious. only ones that have been pretty decent in recent experience is witcher 2 on some ocassions.

then as some of you say it opens up abilities or powers? wtf woudl that be. Lest bring up jedi. if i'm a good jedi, why the fuck can't i shoot lightning as well? Why do i have to go around frying innocents with lightning, why can't i use them to counter bad jedi or other reasons, like say starting a fire?

morality should not dictate what powers i can learn.  its the whole guns don't kill people, people kill people.  lightning don't make a person bad, what you do WITH the lightning makes you bad or good.

I agree. Haven't played witcher 2 but the only game I thought came close to having a good morality system was Red Dead. In that game I believe the only consequence for doing good or bad was in the way the public reacts to you.

My problem with red dead ended up being the same issue I have with most such games. They always tell you that you're being good or bad with stuff lik +5 paragon or +5 evil karma. I would like to see a video game with a built in morality system that doesn't tell me what is good or bad. Don't hand out rewards for morality and don't make the consequences obvious. Just allow me to make moral decisons that have a natural effect on gameplay.
