Doubt it. This just seems like an effort to cash quick bucks from people who want to buy these games. The idea is probably to discourage people from buying used copies by "bundling" 2 games in one to make it seem like a good deal. When in reailty, it isn't (imo).

It will come down to choosing between getting two used games with some efort to find the best deals, or getting one new bundle with no offort for slightly more money. It whoudn't bother anyone who is not forced to buy these against their will, and I'm sure nobody's favorite project will suffer delays because of these republishings. Nothing to complain about here.

Which is why I said "in my opinion". A simple look over gamestops website will give you the two games for $30, but if you care about buying them new (which shouldn't matter because used games are usually in like-new quality) then the bundle is the one for you.
