Which Controller Is Better, The Latest PS3 Controller or the Latest Xbox 360 Controller?

I'm a PS3 and Wii guy, but I'll admit that the 360 has a far better controller, I had to buy a set of button extensions in order to make the shoulder buttons not feel like crap on my PS3.
