I'm kind of torn here. AC isn't really that bad for minors since there really isn't any sex or drugs, and the violence is kind of low. But if it was someone buying a game like GTA for someone who is lets say 13 and under then i would agree with best buy. I'm 23, and if my sister wanted me to buy her a game like RE:UC then i wouldn't mind (she actually loved RE4 on the GCN). But if she wanted me to buy her GTA then i would say no. BTW, my sister is 14.
