yep its great here in australia, feeling an bit sick, pop down to your local doctor and see him, sure you have to wait an hour but hey its free.
only thing you need insurance is for the ambulance but its cheap.
Anyways this is the biggest problem with the justice system in majority of western nations is that when you are sent to jail , sure you are with bad people but hey you get an roof, feed every day, medical attention and some times job recruitment help and education and even money for when you get out. An yet there are people staving sick and homeless who haven't committed an crime.
