I can't really say, however I rarely use PSN. Might have to do with all their troubles lately I mean they just fixed the network I'd suggest you contact Sony about the issue. If you don't wanna contact Sony you might wanna put this question up on the Sony boards as then you'll have Sony users who are more familiar with this kind of stuff to help you!
