I was going to copy and paste the sky news article on this thread but noticed it had the suspects name also.

I also wonder what the law is on posting a suspects name publically? do they need to be charged or have substantial evidence im not sure how it works.



it's not against the law as i far as i'm aware it is however illegal to name a minor in the press (apart from special cases such as the jamie bulger case)

This guy best hope we stick to our usual views on deporting suspects if they get him to America he's done for wonder how much he'll lul in prison

idk. It'd be hard hitting a minor as an adult on hacking charges, even ones like these. It'll be enough of an international incident to have a minor extradited period, and then the image of the CIA bearing down on him would be quite bad for image purposes...
