The chart is designed to funnel away conservatives to libertarianism. It asks only questions that would pull conservatives into the libertarian side of things. Rather than deal with the pillars of libertarianism, they merely focused on the ones that conservatives would likely give libertarian answers on (like military service vs. asking about military intervention).
