There is no way to qualify someone's statements as to making them good or bad. The question is: Do you want to prevent people from engaging in personal activities because *you* think it is wrong? If so, that could (in my mind) make you bad if you are attempting to restrict personal activities of someone because you think they are bad. Many of the worst leaders of the world from Castro, to Mao to Lenin to Pol Pot felt that way. However, if you believe that personal activities should be restricted for yourself, then that is fine.
I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum, as I scored 100% in everything. My opinion is that everyone should be free to pursue activities they desire to partake in - provided it does not infringe on another person's right (lets say drinking and driving which usually ends up in loss of life or property of another person). However, in my own life, I am very restrictive on the activities I partake in.
Just remember that restricting activities of others rarely has been viewed as positive in the history of civilization. The more freedoms that are restricted, the less a culture grows and develops. This has been true for millennia.
