Bestbuy is a retailer giant and gaming is just a tiny part of it. It's not top priority to make the gamers happy. Gamestop meanwhile has more reason to make you happy since gaming is their only business.
Pretty sure aside from Bestbuy, all other electronic retailers are the same. Futureshop, toysrus, etc... I called toysrus to complain too when they emailed me that it's on backorder.
