Safe bet is Zelda and I'm pretty confident it will be.
I think Uncharted 3 will be hit a little harder by critics and score lower than Uncharted 2.
I do however think Gears 3 will see a better meta than Gears 2 due to a VASTLY improved online system as well as full 4 player co-op throughout the entire campaign.
So pretty much I think the top 3 will be
Zelda
Gears 3
Uncharted 3
but a game like Rage or something could come out of nowhere and be a huge critical darling so we'll see.
