Long story short. Some kids thought it was funny and put 2 pieces of armlength 2x4 woods on the streetcar tracks and the streetcar could be seen approaching.
That could have caused major accident.
They look to be teens, 15-ish.
I kicked the woods aside and told them it's not cool and could cause accident.
Rather than quietly continue to walk off, 1 responded, "So? Hey! Leave it."
Do you blame the kids or the parents?
