What a way for a mod and site admin to set an example and let his emotion speak freely. Was trying to offend him really needed? If you don't care to point out the gaps on his logic, why post at all?

I agree since I've seen plenty of people banned for calling people stupid on this site.  He should have done what you said and pointed out the faults in the statement such as even though they weren't affected that someone else could have been (christian extremist blows up an abortion clinic, etc..).
