This is a hopeless measure. It's more a measure of the team than the player.
If a player joins one of the top teams and wins 5 rings with them does that make him a better leader than a player who brings a historically worse team up to the top over a few seasons and then wins four rings?
Leadership is a subjective quantity, you can't objectively measure it.
