Thats my best advice, ignore it and keep on doing what you do. If it re-occurs talk to the manager don't confront the employee. Also maybe bring your girl friend around again, she doesn't have to eat anything but him seeing your still together may keep him from repeating this obvious flirtation.

Yah he could do that, but he'd probably hurt the guys feelings and who knows what the guy would do to his next burger. Resteraunt employees can get you back very easily. I would avoid a direct confrontation. But I guess if you don't care to go to the burger joint again and don't mind hurting the guys feelings. Then by all means say "Hey, about that heart shape meat. I am flatter but I'll just pretent it never happened."

I dunno I always like to avoid hurting peoples feelings and getting into confrontations so I may have a bias. Also what happens if all of us were wrong and the heart was actually accidental? Or maybe the guy made the heart for another customer and Nikkom got it by accident. I'd definatly wait until it happens again if you are going to confront him. Better be sure it was intended for you!
