Organise by Immigrants as a proportion of total population. (ie the last column of numbers below)
The only countries with lots of internal conflict and high proportion of immigrants are Israel and Saudi Arabia. Contrast with those at the very bottom, Iraq, Afghanistan, egypt, mexico etc.
People are perfectly capable of getting into violent conflicts with those born near them.
