Anyway, the thing with E3 is that I think we're FINALLY at a point where we're realizing that the press conference format is not as effective anymore. The real E3 for us at home lies in the stage demos of various games that were conducted (such as found at Gametrailers and Gamespot). There plenty of time is spent showing what playing a game is really like while one of the development team discusses it and useful questions are asked by the site's staff. The 24 minute one for Forza Motorsport 4 was comprehensive and fantastic. I'd recommend checking as many of them out as you can to feel a bit better about this 'lackluster' E3.


It never ceases to amaze me how people can get hung up over one little point and completely miss the big picture.
