Well both games Are trying to look real. And battlefield 3 wins from e3 showing easy. The lighting, effects and animation all lend bf3 to wOw levels never before seen. Really impressed how far bf3 is pushing the old consoles. Fully destructible to.

TBH the graphic on console really didd't strike me as that jawdropping... And there are definite places where I feels others have done better, such as the lighting in Crysis 2. What impressed me a lot more was the fidelity of the character animation (the way the gun drop when the marine got hit, the way the marines leap over small obstruction etc) and the destructible nature of the enviroment.
