RINGS should NOT be your most important factor. I agree it is A factor but not the most important.
You listed them by the amount of rings they have won.
Ability to lead and motivate a team when the team is down should be a priority. Being able to inspire your bench to step it up when your having a bad day. Being able to make the winning play when it counts the most.
other factors:
- shooting stats (percentage, numberof points, how many leading the league in year)
- defense stats
- over all other career stats and records.
etc...
