And people say we have evolved far from chimps .....lol.
Personally, no matter how beneficial this product could be towards eliminating beef consumption and simultaneously reducing the deforestation of the rain forest (to make land for raising cattle). I do not think people would consume this in mass quantities unless the government did not inform the populace of its origin. This would work in uneducated, poor countries were people are living off the most meager diets already. Science is amazing.
