At least to somebody who grew up in a cult. It's disturbing and comical to watch these two men try as hard as they can to not answer questions, and act like the prospective member they are hoping to induct is in fact doing something wrong by asking questions.

Essentially what is happening here is that a pair of congregation elders are calling on a young man thinking that he is a prospect for joining the group. But he has done his research. Essentially he knows that elders are given a book that is supposed to never be shown to the public or to members of the congregations. It details how to deal with child molestation in the congregation, how to investigate members of the congregation so that they can be shunned, and many the less palatable aspects of the religion. When confonted with this information they answer his questions with questions, call his integrity into question and...well, it's better to just watch.

Moral of the story. Parents, teach your kids how to ask questions, do research and think critically. There are lots of groups (not just religious ones) that want to indoctrinate people, and they crumble the instant somebody actually asks them questions rather than nods their heads and says "yes, I suppose that does make sense".
