cut... because when i was a kid i had this thing called phimosis. my head was too big to be exposed or the hole was too small, i dont really know (it was 25 years ago)... had nothing to do with religious believes... and i have to say that for me is very natural this way and never had any issue with the ladies because of it... from what i have learned about it, it is more hygienic and it is harder to catch some STD like aids (40% less chance) and others.
and for fellatio i think is way more fun like this because you can feel the tongue (and piercings) really well...
