The only logical solution I can see where everyone should be happy is to have:
1. VC of the original untouched version.
2. xbl touched up version with online multi-player.
MS usually alters xbl arcade games anyways and Nintendo has only altered vc content to fix an error. So, I see this as really the only solution.
