Will Hideo Kojima Sacrifice Quality for Multiplatform?

If you're talking about the graphics, yes than the engine will be a little less powerful because it can't focus on one platform. The games themselves shouldn't suffer, if the budgets are raised enough (multiplat developement costs more so the budget should go up not to damage the quality).
