Seem unlikely. Sony has no reason to hide projects. Their sales are not that good. If they would announce all those exclusives now that would really help their sales and make people choose them instead of, let's say, Microsoft.
If Nintendo hides some projects I wouldn't be suprised, they have always done that and they could release some information at the time to always have their fans something to be waiting for. If Sony did sell a bit better I could understand if they had a similiar tactic.
