Safe prediction 
, taking into account the usual cycle of at least 2/3 years between each "major" title release - ie, the ones that actually end in numbers, not the spin offs. Even if the cycle is decreased to less than 2 years, then it'd still likely be on a next gen consoles 
. Supporting the same tech on the market for more than 7/8 years can only mean stagnation if anything!
