Until they reveal this, it doesn't matter. I don't think cooking up 20+ exclusive projects is all that much -- Nintendo had way more than 20 exclusives in 2007.
Sony isn't going to come up at E3 and tell us that they've got 10 exclusive titles coming out in a few months. They'll announce most of them at least a year before release and 20 exclusive titles over a couple year span (the likely case) isn't much at all.
It doesn't make sense for any of the companies to release information on all of their titles too early. Get people excited about a product as it approaches release -- why waste people's excitement about a product that is years from release when you can get them excited to buy the current product?
