In the past, in the US, 80% of helpless infant males were victims of male genital mutilation, but the rates have thankfully fallen to about 50% and continue to drop as more Americans discover what the rest of the world knew all along; that a natural, normal and whole penis feels and functions better than a scarred, mutilated and partial one.
But its very common in Muslim nations. European circumcision is less than 20%
