This might be a reason while a person might want to undergo circumcision but is not a reason to infringe on one's right when they have no way to defend themselves.

BTW, looks better is subjective and mostly cultural (mostly cut societies will like the cut look better and mostly whole societies will like the whole look better), you tend to like what you are used to and not being circumcised is healthy too.
