Emphasys on the word "need". The vast majority of men who remove their foreskins as adults do so because the NEED to for medical reasons. Very few adult men get circumcisions because they don't WANT a foreskin for whatever reason (too lazy to clea properly, religion etc.). The number of adult men who WANT to remove their forsekin is much smaller than the number of adult men who want to restore their foreskin.

you have anything to back it up. over here almost all babies are circumsized and i have neeeeeeveeeeeeeer heard anyone say they want it back.
