And the difficulties of restoring foreskin are even greater, and likewise the emotional and mental distress. The fact of the matter is that circumcision is quite pointless, with the exception of some very rare medical conditions such as phimosis. Very few grown men would subject themselves to it willingly (especially if you take into consideration to loss of sensitivity), which is exactly what the pro-circumcision crowd is afraid of.
