That's foreskin regeneration, and it's still not widely practiced, while the results are inconclusive. I also bet it's pretty expensive.


nope.  just part of stretching the skin.  no surgery involved. 

Surgery is required for foreskin regeneration.

the sentence i quoted is a couple sections up labeled nonsurgical techniques.  first sentence in the last paragraph of that section. 

Ah, I see now. It also says that it's a difficult process that takes years, and considering how easy it's to do a circumcision, and how difficult it is to grow a foreskin back, this is definately not a white ball for the pro-circumcision crowd. The ideea is that it's should be the decision on the owner of the foreskin.
