What are you smocking? You can't regrow a foreskin, just like you can't regrow your fingers if you chop them off.

According to this Wikipedia article foreskin restoration only creates the APPEARENCE of having a natural foreskin. It's not the same thing. The foreskin cannot grow back.

That's foreskin regeneration, and it's still not widely practiced, while the results are inconclusive. I also bet it's pretty expensive.
