One word pretty much explains it. Kinect.
If you like the Kinect then the conference was probably pretty good. If you dont it was likely a huge disappointment.
Additionally you do the same thing that SONY and Nintendo fanboys do. Gloss over the competition. There was alot more to the presentations than the games you listed. Just the fact alone that both SONY and Nintendo each showcased _new_ hardware is a deciding factor in claiming they had a better press conference than Microsoft.
Etc. Etc.
