The only two that I own, that I can think of are Folklore and Legend of Legaia. Both sit at near 77% on Game Rankings, with mostly average reviews and a couple that I agree with.
Legaia is easily one of my top PlayStation RPG's, but there are so many on that list as it is. The combat system is what I loved the most, as it has a slight Xenogears feel to it (minus the gears of course).
Folklore has one of my favorite art styles and I almost instanty fell in love with the combat system and how you aquire/use your abilities.
