Although I think the system has problems, the tech is not one of them, due to the fact that budgets are way too high, and and that going as big a leap again will shoot developers in the foot, Some are anxious to show off even more, but they can't wrap their heads around the fact that they can't afford to do so.

So no, being lower specs will not be what hurts this system. Higher specs will just hurt developers even more than they were hurt this gen.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
