Watched ans the verdict...
GT5's car still looks more realistic... in terms of lighting and when viewing inside the car from outside of it... Forza 3's cars seem a little artificial (the same problem as the characters made with the Unreal Engine 3).
Edit -
The environment looks better in Forza 4 but the sky is still better in GT5.
