When PS4 comes out in a couple of years it will be drastically more powerful than Wii U and the many of the big third party developers like Square in Japan, Rockstar, and Bethesda haven't given any indication that they will support Wii U. plus most of the world prefers Sony to Microsft's consoles, so I really don't expect Sony to be in much trouble next gen. They'll continue to get the third party support they always do.

Really, Nintendo is the company that I think will be in the most trouble as they seem to be going after the hardcore with Wii U; however, there's no indication that the biggest third party hardcore titles like the next gen's Elder Scrolls or Fallout game, the next gen's main Call of Duty titles, the next gen's Final Fantasy main series games, or the next gen's Grand Theft Auto will be making Wii U appearances.
