Pretty much this. The spoiled new generation of gamers probably won't care because it isn't Call of Duty or Halo. Anybody who did buy this game probably had their eyes set on it for a very long time. This game does deserve better sales though.

The one thing that really got me is when the guy from IGN said that sometimes there isn't just a clear path through the level, that sometimes you have to look around for your objective.  Really?!  We're going to complain about a game not having a highlighted path to your objective and actually make you, God forbid, look for the way out?  Ugh.  I can already tell that I'm going to enjoy this game.  Sure it's not going to be GOTY material, but not every game needs to be.
