I think they are going to really start pushing it soon, with updates and new hardware/models from Nokia and others for possibly a 'generation 2' kind of thing.
not only does it play games, and connect to Xbox live but you can also do this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehS-AfM4b8I or you will be able to in a future update.
