How many times must these threads devolve into east V.S. west? Really this isn't going to end well because everyone has different tastes.
Plus... that wasn't the point of the OP, it was merely a lamentation about the shifts of the industry. And... I am glad that I am not the only one who sees the irony and stupidity of an SE exec lamenting a lack of Japanese games when his own company could have changed that issue.
This is the kind of crap you just can't make up.
