playstation 3 display help?

the lower the contrast the darker the screen gets if i get to 50 fairly dark should i try and raise the brightness or gamma or cell light?

 

yer its not doing much at all :/ ive turned it to 85 but to compinsate i had to turn the brightness to 65 and cell light to 12
