Depending on the game can determine the Black Level. I usually keep it set at Low, but there are a few games it makes the shadows too dark.

In general

Black level- low

Black tone - off

Gamma +3

Dynamic Contrast - High

Digital Noise Reduction - OFF

Size -Screen Fit

Color - 55 to 60

Contrast - 100

Brightness - Start at 40 (I try to keep it at 40-50), then use the in-game controls to adjust the brightness further.

Brightness is a fickle thing, if it's too high you wash out the picture and lose all of your blacks and color saturation. If it's too low then the shadows become too dark and you lose all of the subtle details.

If you have to turn HDMI Black Level back to Normal then you also want to turn Black Tone to Darkest.

I hope this helps or at least gives you something to work from :)
