I hope you are using an HDMI cable, if you are then:
cross color reduction should be OFF if you are using an HDMI cable
RGB should be set to FULL
deep color output should be set to AUTOMATIC
Your washing out all the color by using those tv settings.
Try turning down the brightness, turn dynamic contrast to highest. And don't be afraid to up the color
I have a Samsung too, but I don't know if we have all the same picture options so it's hard to recommend a setting.
