He didn't ignore them, he just wasn't excited by them. And if his gauge is games, how can you say Sony did not beat Microsoft? By his measure, he's quite right I'd say. But opinion is opinion. I don't think a company should win simply for a console reveal, interesting or not. I also thought Sony was the best conference, doesn't make me or you wrong.
